Parsa Boutique Catering brings an event planner’s perspective to the table. With 22 years in wedding and event planning and catering in Iran, chef Parsa Otadi approaches food as part of a larger experience: the pace of service, the setting, and the way people gather.

Maryam studied food science in Iran and Italy and gained practical experience in Italy. Her knowledge of ingredients and preparation complements Parsa’s background in events. Together, we create Persian and fusion menus, live cooking, and thoughtfully planned catering for gatherings across Greater Vancouver.
